4. Privacy & Data Usage

6. Payments & Refunds (If you have a Premium Plan)

  • Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • Automatic Renewal: State clearly if your plans auto-renew or if they are one-time payments.

7. Termination of Service

  • Manathinai reserves the right to delete or suspend accounts that violate these terms without a refund.
  • Users can deactivate or delete their profiles at any time through the settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Manathinai is not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial loss resulting from interactions between members.
